Food & Beverage

Our Bergdörfli Silva Nigra restaurant is rustically furnished with small, cosy enclosures in the style of an Alpine pasture. A stream flows through the centre of the room to a waterwheel – You will find yourself transported back to romantic times, while you are enjoying a tasty wine combined with international specialities or delicacies from our regional cuisine. You will sit in the „Hebelstube" among real specialities e.g., meat cooked in a hay casing or soup seasoned with mountain herbs, under old paintings that were created by a Freiburg painter to illustrate the poems of Johann-Peter Hebel, over 100 years ago. You can even dine among greenery during the cold season in our bright and friendly conservatory with its splendid panorama. We also have set up a fantastic playcorner for our small guests too.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 6 years is charged EUR 11.00 per night in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
